We created Dos Gatos with one simple objective: to make the kind of salsa we always craved but could never find. We were determined to create something truly different, a salsa that delivered on its promise of real spice, not just a whisper of heat. After countless test batches (and a few tears), we finally achieved the perfect balance of bold flavor and satisfying kick.











My mom was our culinary compass. She taught my twin brother and me everything we know in the kitchen. Growing up, salsa was a constant in our lives – we experimented endlessly, refining recipes until we had a flavor we couldn't resist. Friends and family raved, and the question inevitably arose: "Would people actually buy this?" We decided to find out. We're incredibly excited to share our passion for salsa with you.
